All (foster) children, (foster or grand) parents and carers involved with youth care are entitled to an independent confidential adviser. For this they can contact the AKJ – confidential advisers in youth care. Support from the AKJ confidential adviser is free of charge. The AKJ is an independent foundation, the confidential advisers are not employed by ABA Center International.

What can the confidential advisor do for you?                               
You may be dissatisfied with the help you receive. If you cannot come to an agreement with the counselor at ABA Center International, please contact a confidential adviser at the AKJ. First of all, they listen to your story. Sometimes that helps. In any case, the confidential advisor will always take your story seriously. She or he will inform you about your rights and give you advice. The confidential adviser can also support you in drawing up a letter of complaint and in a meeting with ABA Center International.
