Feedback Procedure

There is an official complaints procedure at the ABA Center International. Clients always receive this at home upon registration. Despite the fact that people work hard, it also happens that mistakes are made. There may be dissatisfaction with the organization, or with a social worker or something else. The ABA Center International wants to hear the displeasure of its clients so that the problems can be solved.
