There is an official complaint procedure at ABA Center International. Clients receive this upon registration at ACI. ABA Center International wants to hear about any dissatisfaction so that the problems can be solved.
If you have a complaint
It is always good to first discuss the complaint with the person to who it is related. At ACI we use a complaint form that can be filled out, so this can be discussed the same week in the director’s meetings. During this meeting, the complaint will be analyzed and a solution will be found.
