Complaint Procedure

There is an official complaint procedure at ABA Center International. Clients receive this upon registration at ACI. ABA Center International wants to hear about any dissatisfaction so that the problems can be solved.

If you have a complaint

ABA Center International finds it important that clients – who are not satisfied with the care- inform us. We can learn from this. Through our complaint form you can file a complaint, so we can look for a solution with the clinicians and the General Manager. A response will be provided as soon as possible yet within 6 weeks.

External Complaint Procedure

Sometimes it is needed to file a formal complaint. Everyone is allowed to contact our independent complaint advisor without having to report it to ABA Center International. Also, you are able to inform the “Landelijke geschillencommissie” as ACI is part of that. For WMO and “Jeugdzorg”, you can file a complaint through this link (“Klachtenportaal Zorg”). After a complaint is received, it will be reviewed and you will hear back within 5 days.
